You will be redirected to the settings screen where you can adjust the volume or turn off the instructor’s voice and background music.

There is also an option to select music from the Yoga-Go playlist. To view a list of available songs, tap the name of the current song.

1. Turn off the background music.

However, you can always customize the suggested plan to your liking in the Practice tab.

The app doesn’t currently offer an option to repeat a particular workout, but we do have an alternative that might be helpful:

1. Open your challenge;

2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner;

3. Choose the ‘Start over’ option, as shown in the screenshot below:

By doing that, you can go back to any workout you like and repeat it.

The application allows you to adjust your personal plan by changing your yoga level and choosing problem areas, plan duration, and the Savasana option.

To alter your plan, please go to ‘Settings’ in the upper-right corner of your screen, then tap on the ‘Plan settings’ button and there you’ll see all your information.

We recommend beginning with ‘Total Body Challenge’ and ‘7-Minute Morning Challenge’ – these are the most suitable for beginners.

• It might be a good idea to avoid sudden position changes from standing to sitting / lying down.

• Skip exercises in the plank position with support on extended arms or with support on a straightened arm;

• Down-Dog position – replace with a plank from the knees.

The most suitable exercises to start with are those that you perform while lying, standing, or on all fours. If the workout includes exercises aimed at the leg muscles while standing and balancing on one leg, you can do them in a half squat instead. Stay within a comfortable range of motion so as not to cause any excessive joint pain.

Also, include walking for about 10 minutes in your routine at an even, moderate pace – this will help improve your health and endurance.

We suggest staying active throughout the day and make sure to track your pulse during physical activity.

As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend getting in touch with your doctor before starting any workout program.

However, the Yoga-Go app also provides a unique opportunity to create your own custom practice plan. In the ‘Practice’ tab, you can adjust your plan and choose the type of yoga, time, target zone, and difficulty level.

No worries, the number of days in your plan and the duration of your actual subscription aren’t related. Your personalized workout plan was created based on your parameters and goals, including preferred duration. That means even after the 30 days is up, your plan will still be in progress.

If you feel like certain training sets have been too easy or too difficult for you, you might want to change the difficulty level of your exercises in the “Settings” tab > ‘Plan settings’.

The app interface is currently available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Ukrainian.

The workout audio is in English by default, but you are free to change it to French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Italian.

Here are instructions on how to change the app interface on your Android device:

If your operating system is Android 13:

  1. Open the Yoga-Go app and tap ‘Settings’.
  2. Tap ‘Language’ and select the preferable language.
  3. Tap ‘Save’.

If your operating system is Android 8-12:

  1. On your Android device, tap ‘Settings’;
  2. Tap ‘System’ > ‘Languages & input’ > ‘Languages’; If you can’t find ‘System’, tap ‘Languages and input’ > ‘Languages’ under ‘Personal’
  3. Tap ‘Add language’, then select the language you want to use;
  4. Drag the selected language to the top of the list.

When signing up, you should fill in your specific parameters, such as your goal, fitness level, weight, target weight, age, physical activity level, etc. This helps the app provide you with a workout plan: it basically chooses the best challenges and workouts from our database based on your parameters.

After you set all your personal information, the application generates an individual 30-day plan based on your data. Every day you will get a new set of practices. Please note: you can only complete one training set per day, the next one will be available to you the next day.

If you want to continue training that same day and make it more active and varied, you can do exercises from the ‘Top series for you’ block. It allows you to choose the most suitable workouts from our library based on your target zones.

The Yoga-Go app also provides a unique opportunity to create your own custom practice plan. In the ‘Practice’ tab, you can adjust your plan and choose the type of yoga, time, target zone, and difficulty level.

When you complete your 30-day plan, you will have the option to start a new, more difficult level or continue at the same pace. You’ll get a total body experience, as each yoga pose will have a positive impact on your whole body and overall well-being.

You’re also free to combine workouts from different categories that correspond to your main goals. For example, if you want to work on stretching, choose workouts from the ‘Focus and Relax’ category, or if you need to work on your balance and breathing, take a look at the ‘Balance Series’ and ‘Liberating Breathing.’ These sessions usually last about 30 minutes and include a warm-up, main part, cooldown, and Shavasana.

Alternatively, you could try a workout from the ‘Popular Now’ section. Perhaps you will find something to your liking there.

In addition, the app allows you to track your progress in each challenge or workout series in the ‘Your Series’ tab, as shown in the screenshot below:

Have a nice yoga journey!
