The number of days in your plan and the duration of your subscription aren’t related. Your training plan is designed to guide your exercise program, ensuring progression and load based on the information you provided during registration. It helps you stay on track and improve over time.

The subscription plan, however, only affects your billing frequency. As long as your subscription is active, you’ll have full access to the app. If your subscription ends, your access to the training plan will be revoked.

Currently, Apple & Google Pay, PayPal and credit card payment methods are available for our users.

Please make sure to visit the Refund Policy page to see whether your case meets the refund criteria.

According to our policies, we have a money-back guarantee regulated by specific conditions, including technical issues and not receiving visible results after following the content recommendations.

If you believe your case is eligible for a refund, please contact our support team via the Contact Form and your request will be processed in 3-5 business days.

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your membership, please go to the ‘Settings’ tab in the app, and tap on the Manage subscription:

You will be redirected to your web account, where you’ll find a full list of your subscriptions and will be able to cancel those:

Also, you can cancel directly in your web version user account. To do this, please follow this link and log in using your account details. In the Subscription section you can access the information about your current subscription plan and cancel it.

Please note that the cancellation should be carried out at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

You can also contact our support service with a request to cancel your subscription via the Contact Us form.

Once you open the app and finish setting up a profile, you get to the payment screen with all the up-to-date information on the currently available subscription plans, including the price and the billing period. So the best way to avoid any confusion is to stick exactly to the information on the payment screen.

Since we are on sale from time to time there might be different discounts available as well.

However, if you already have a subscription, you can always check your current subscription plan in the ‘User Account’ section on our website. To do that, just follow these steps:

4. Then tap the ‘Subscription’ section’ and there you’ll find the information about your current subscription plan:

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pause or postpone the subscription as it starts right after the purchase is confirmed.

However, the training plan itself adjusts to you. If you haven’t done some of the workouts, they will be rescheduled to the next training days according to your plan. So you can train whenever you can and you will not miss anything.

The subscription is auto-renewable by default, meaning it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be billed based on the renewal period you selected at the time of purchase. You can also find a detailed overview of your subscription, including the price of the plan and the renewal date, in your user’s account on our website.

To cancel your subscription and disable auto-renewal, please follow the instructions below:

  • go to the ‘Settings’ tab in the app, and tap on the Manage subscription.
  • follow this link and log in using your account details. In the Subscription section you access the information about your current subscription plan and cancel itю
  • submit a cancellation request using the Contact Form.

At the moment, we do not offer the program for a single period of use. However, you can select a subscription duration that suits your needs and cancel it before the next billing cycle. Just be sure to submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Unfortunately, currently, our service doesn’t offer the option to switch to an alternative payment method. In case you’re facing any difficulties with your payment procedure, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team via the Contact Us form.

At the moment, switching between plans isn’t possible. However, we’re pleased to offer an alternative solution: you can convert your current subscription to an annual plan at no additional cost beyond your current subscription rate.

Here’s how it works: for the same price as your current plan, you’ll gain full access to the app for an entire year. This means no more recurring payments and continued access to all the features you love.

If you’re interested in upgrading your subscription, simply reach out to our support team via the Contact Form, and they’ll assist you with the transition.

In order to delete your personal data, please go to the ‘Settings’ tab in the app, and tap on the ‘Personal Details’

and ‘Delete Personal Data’ button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, you can delete your personal data in another way: Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.

Please note that once your user data (progress, settings, etc.) is deleted, it will no longer be possible to recover it.

Please note that the deletion of personal data will result in subscription cancellation. Additionally, let me mention please, if you wish to continue using the app until the end of the billing period, you should contact the support team for assistance in regaining access to your account.
