Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pause or postpone the subscription as it starts right after the purchase is confirmed.

However, the training plan itself adjusts to you. If you haven’t done some of the workouts, they will be rescheduled to the next training days according to your plan. So you can train whenever you can and you will not miss anything.

The price of your subscription depends on the subscription plan you purchased.
Auto-renewable subscription plans are offered with the trial offer. That means that you have a discount on your first subscription and afterward, the full price is to be charged for the new billing period.
A subscription can only be viewed or changed by the users themselves in the settings of their Apple IDs.
