We recently updated our app with a new feature that lets you listen to music while you train. This feature allows you to enjoy soothing sounds or your favorite music while following your yoga plan.
Let me briefly explain how it works 🙌
First, pause your workout and tap the Music icon as shown below:
You will be redirected to the settings screen where you can adjust the volume or turn off the instructor's voice and background music.
There is also an option to select music from the Yoga-Go playlist. To view a list of available songs, tap the name of the current song.
Finally, there is the option to choose your own music for the workout. To do this, follow the steps below.
1. Turn off the background music.
2. Open the music provider application on the phone.
3. Select the song you want to listen to.
4. Open the Yoga-Go app and continue training.
You can easily disable notifications from the app by following these steps:
1. Open settings on your device;
2. Find the "Yoga-Go" app;
3. Select "Notifications" and turn off all the settings.

You’re also free to combine workouts from different categories that correspond to your main goals. For example, if you want to work on stretching, choose workouts from the ‘Focus and Relax’ category, or if you need to work on your balance and breathing, take a look at the ‘Balance Series’ and ‘Liberating Breathing.’ These sessions usually last about 30 minutes and include a warm-up, main part, cooldown, and Shavasana.

Let me give you some instructions on how to use it if you’re using Apple service:
1. Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.
2. Open the app and find the workout that you want to stream.
Tap AirPlay .

To stop streaming, tap AirPlay in the app that you're streaming from, then tap your iPhone/iPad from the list.

4. Open the app and tap on the 'I already have an account' button on the first screen.

2. Open the music provider application on the phone.
3. Select the song you want to listen to.
4. Open the Yoga-Go app and continue training.
We have recently updated our application by adding a new feature that allows you to display your phone or tablet's screen on your TV. This feature lets you enjoy the process of yoga on a new level and provides more freedom of action in performing a wide variety of workouts.
Let me give you some instructions on how to use it with your Google service
1. Make sure your mobile phone is on the same WI-FI network as your TV;
Install Google Home on your device. Please note: the screen sharing option is only available through the Google Home application, so you need to make sure that this service is available in your country for download;
2. Touch and hold the tile of the device you want to cast your screen to;
3. Tap Cast > Cast Screen in the app as shown below:
An internet connection is required for app. You can use a cellular connection or might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, the app does not currently integrate with smartwatches. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us via the Contact Us form and let us know your preference, so we can submit your feature request.

If you’re practicing yoga at home you can get started right away without any special equipment. You are free to wear clothes you feel comfortable in that won’t restrict your range of motion. A yoga mat can make your sessions easier. It will prevent your hands and feet from slipping, so you have a firm grip on the motions.
As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend getting in touch with your doctor before starting any workout program. We have limitations due to the fact that the training program of our app is calculated at the level of physical condition from the beginner to the advanced, but in which, there are no contraindications to training. The program is not designed for people whose parameters are significantly beyond the limits that are considered medically acceptable, only for the reason: that it may be harmful to health. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any medical consultations, neither can we create a rehabilitation program, as that would never be as helpful as the advice you get during a visit to a doctor.
The app was not designed to be used during pregnancy. As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend getting in touch with your doctor before starting any workout program.
